Refund Policy

Each pass is a single payment that gives full access for a fixed period:

• 1-month pass: HK$248 for 30 days
• 3-month pass: HK$348 for 90 days
• Until-you-pass pass (12 months): HK$448 for 365 days

There is no subscription and nothing to cancel. We never charge you again automatically. Your access ends when the period you paid for expires, and your dashboard shows the exact expiry date.

7-day refund: if you ask within 7 days of paying and have answered fewer than 20% of the questions in the bank, we refund the full amount, no questions asked. A refund ends your access.

Only questions you answer after you pay count towards the 20%. Questions you answered on the free plan before buying do not.

After 7 days, or once you have answered 20% or more of the bank since paying, pass fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise, because full access starts the moment your payment is confirmed.

A pass covers our practice service only. It does not include, and we cannot refund, the examination fee you pay to the examination administrator.

The Until-you-pass pass gives 12 months of full access to both the SQE and the EAQE. If you fail either examination while that pass is active, email us your result (the result notice from the examination administrator) within 30 days of the examination and we extend your access, free, until you pass. Each extension runs to a date we confirm by email, and you can ask again after each failed sitting.

The extension applies only to the Until-you-pass pass, not the 1-month or 3-month passes. It extends access only: it is not a refund, it does not cover any examination fee, and it does not promise a result.

If you think you were charged in error or more than once, tell us. We will investigate and correct genuine errors promptly, including refunding a duplicate charge in full.

Email support@eaaprep.hk or use our feedback form. Include the email address on your account and the date of payment. We aim to reply within a few business days (Hong Kong time).

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, in Hong Kong dollars. They usually reach your account within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Any currency conversion or overseas transaction charges made by your bank are outside our control.

Nothing in this policy affects any rights you have under Hong Kong law.
