A flat advertised by an agency is sold and the provisional agreement is signed. What must the agency do with its online and window advertisements?
Answer: Remove them as soon as practicable. Why not the others: - Keep for 3 months: Advertising an unavailable property misleads the public. - Keep indefinitely marked 'sold': The rule requires removal once it is no longer available. - Wait for the vendor: The duty is the licensee's. Rule: Advertisements must be removed as soon as practicable once the property is no longer available or the estate agency agreement has ended.
