Kowloon Homes Agency will deploy 40 staff to the first-sale sites of Pine Crest, whose sale launches on Saturday 14 November 2026. Under EAA Practice Circular No. 18-03 (CR), what must the agency give the EAA, and by when?
Answer: The deployment list, a chain of command chart and the internal deployment policy, at least one day before the launch (and before each phase launch). Why not the others: - List only, after the launch: The documents are due before the launch, and the vendor’s approval is not part of the filing. - Names only, 7 days before: The deadline is at least one day before, and three documents are required. - Daily register filed each day: A daily register must be kept and supplied forthwith on the EAA’s request, not filed daily. Rule: For each development (and each phase), agencies or the Commander-in-Chief must give the EAA a deployment list (names, licence numbers, branch, supervisor, location, duration), a chain of command chart and an internal policy at least one day before the launch, and keep a daily register for the EAA on request. Source: EAA Practice Circular No. 18-03 (CR), paras (18)–(20) (effective 1 Dec 2018); as at Oct 2026
Thinking the daily attendance register must be filed every day, when it is kept and produced on request.
