Kowloon Global Property Limited prints a poster of 1.2 square metres, which is larger than A4, to promote an uncompleted development in Osaka. Under Circular 23-02 (CR), how must the company licence or SPOB number and the Caution Statement be displayed?
Answer: At the top of the poster, occupying at least 0.06 square metres. Working: 5% of 1.2 m² = 0.06 m². Why not the others: - 0.12 m²: That is 10%; the requirement is 5%. - Anywhere legible: The licence or SPOB number and the Caution Statement must be displayed at the top. - 12 point letters: The 12-point minimum is for materials not larger than A4. Rule: For printable advertisements larger than A4, the company licence or SPOB number and the Caution Statement must occupy at least 5% of the whole area and be legibly displayed at the top; for A4 or smaller, they must be at the top in type no smaller than 12 point.
