An inspector visits an agency's shop and cannot see its Statement of Particulars of Business. What does the Licensing Regulation require?
Answer: Display it conspicuously at the place of business. Why not the others: - Kept in the safe: Display is required. - Filed at the Companies Registry: The SPOB is issued by the EAA. - Website only: It must be displayed at the premises. Rule: The SPOB must be displayed conspicuously at each place of business, and the licence or SPOB number, business name and place of business must appear on letters, receipts and similar documents, with the number and name in advertisements.
